Katie Turner

Katie Turner is Chief of Staff of Vision Technologies. 

Katie joined Vision in 2023. She is responsible for supporting the executive leadership team by driving operational efficiencies, cross-functional collaboration, and executing high priority initiatives.  In her prior role as Senior Project Manager, Katie oversaw the go-live and implementation of Vision's ERP software. 

Prior to joining Vision, Katie held various global leadership roles in operations, supply chain, and customer service at Under Armour and most recently Amazon Web Services. In these roles she was known for driving operational excellence, process improvement, and people development. 

Katie is agile, empathetic leader who has been able to add value and earn trust across various customers, teams, roles, and industries. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from Towson University and University of Baltimore, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American University. A lifelong athlete, she remains an active member in her rugby club as a coach and board member.
