Allison Campitelli

Allison Campitelli is Co-President of Vision Technologies.

Allison joined Vision in 2022.  In her prior role as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Allison oversaw the operational performance of Vision Technologies’ Audio Visual, Enterprise Structured Cabling, and Professional Services business practices. In her role she also supported company-wide strategic initiatives focused on performance excellence and growth.

Prior to joining Vision, Allison has held various senior leadership roles overseeing global and national programs in the Federal and Commercial sectors driving growth and optimizing performance by leveraging her skills with strategy development, program execution and structured process improvement initiatives. Beginning with her work at Lockheed Martin to her most recent role as Chief Operating Officer, National Security Space for Leidos, Allison uses her collaborative leadership style and business acumen to connect with both internal teams and clients to ensure successful results across the board.

Allison is an established high-energy professional with over 20 years of experience. Her experience spans multiple sectors and includes roles in operations leadership, program execution, strategy, capture operations, and data analytics. Allison holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University.
